Hall Rental Application

Host meetings, receptions, fundraisers and more at our Resource Centre, just 3 km south of Haliburton. Seats up to 80 with washrooms and ample parking.

  • Half Day: $75 (incl. HST)
  • Full Day: $125 (incl. HST)
  • Licensed Events: $200 (incl. HST) Renter is responsible for acquiring Liquor License.

Please note:

 

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
  • Renters are required to provide their own coffee, tea, cream sugar, bottled water, etc.
  • Renters are required to remove their own garbage from the facility and clean prior to leaving.
  • Renters are responsible for their own setup and take down of the tables and chairs.
  • Alcohol is only permitted for licensed events with HHOA shown as "additional named insured" on the renters insurance contract.
  • A waiver and signed contract must be provided prior to rental date.
