Welcome to our Annual Wild Game Dinner
and Silent Auction
Sometime in March the Haliburton Fish Hatchery hosts a Wild Game Dinner. Some of the meat served is donated by local hunters from their personal catch. Other types of meat are purchased from Wild Game Farms. We serve 180 people in the Main Hall of the Haliburton Royal Canadian Legion.

Meats:
- Venison
- Moose
- Bear
- Duck Soup
- Elk (purchased)
- Bison (purchased)
- Wild Boar (purchased)
Fish:
- Rainbow Trout (purchased)
- Arctic Char (purchased)
Along with potatoes and various vegetables.
And don't forget desserts!
During the festivities be sure to browse the Silent Auction offerings. Mostly donated by many local merchants, and Individuals who have donated some type of article.
