On MARCH 21st 2026 the Haliburton Fish Hatchery is hosting a Wild Game Dinner. Some of the meat served is donated by local hunters from their personal catch. Other types of meat are purchased from Wild Game Farms. We serve 180 people in the Main Hall of the Haliburton Royal Canadian Legion.

- Wild Boar (purchased)
Fish:
- Rainbow Trout (purchased)
- Arctic Char (purchased)
Along with potatoes and various vegetables.
