James Kitchen ~ ticket # 1461 won the July 14th draw of the Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association (HHOA) monthly 50/50 fundraiser! James won 50% of the pot or $940.00. The remaining 50% supports the HHOA. A new monthly draw started on July 15.
