Haliburton Resident Wins HHOA 50/50 Fundraiser Draw
Haliburton, ON May 16, 2022 – Kimberly MacDonald of Haliburton won the first draw of the Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association (HHOA) monthly 50/50 fundraiser. The total pot for the month was $4,540.00. Ms. MacDonald won 50% or $2,270.00. The remaining 50% went to the HHOA.
“What a nice surprise it was to have the winning number in the 50/50 draw,” said Ms. MacDonald. “This is a great way to support the Haliburton hatchery. The volunteer crew at the hatchery are doing a fantastic job supporting the Haliburton community.”
A new monthly draw started on May 15. Go to bigcatch5050.ca to buy your tickets. 50 percent of the proceeds from each monthly draw goes to one lucky winner.
