Rent our Facility.........
Located just 3 kilometers south of the village of Haliburton, The Haliburton Highlands Outdoors Association has space available for rent perfect for hosting a variety of events and functions including conferences, meetings, recreational activities, receptions, fundraisers, courses and productions. The main room of our facility, The Haliburton Highlands Resource Centre, is a great space for hosting small to large sized meetings, private functions, and events. With a capacity to hold up to 80 people, this bright and spacious room comes fully equipped with three washrooms available for use (including one accessible washroom) and ample parking.
Half Day $75.00 (includes HST)
Full Day $ 125.00 (includes HST)
Licensed Events $200.00 (includes HST)
Rentals also include:
Use of coffee makers and kettle.
Use of projection screen.
Seating and tables for up to 65 people
A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
Guests using kitchen or cooking facilities must comply with Health Unit regulations
Renters are required to provide their own coffee, tea, cream sugar, bottled water, etc.
Renters are required to remove their own garbage from the facility and clean prior to leaving.
Renters are responsible for their own setup and takedown of the tables and chairs.
Alcohol is only permitted for licensed events with HHOA shown as "additional named insured" on the renters insurance contract.
A waiver and signed contract must be provided prior to rental date.
