The HHOA has hundreds of members from our community and also many who have come to Haliburton from areas across the Province and beyond. Our members are committed to the sustainable management and use of our resources. Members receive benefits, such as DISCOUNTS with local outdoor related business, access to facilities and the archery course, and our quarterly newsletter. Become a member of the HHOA and help us conserve and enhance the fish and wildlife habitats of the Haliburton Highlands. To find out more about becoming a member of the H.H.O.A check out our MEMBERSHIP PAGE and ONLINE APPLICATION.
Become a Volunteer
The HHOA is a community-based organization, and our successes are a result of the efforts of our volunteers. We are always happy to welcome new volunteers. Volunteers can become involved in a number of different projects or areas of interest including: daily feeding and care, egg collection, fish stocking, lake access clean-up, newsletter, events, public tours and education…and many more! If you are interested in joining the H.H.O.A as a volunteer check out our VOLUNTEER PAGE and submit an application.
